The Procedure
1. The first thing you have to do is fill out the registration form and get it to us with a $110.00 nonrefundable deposit. 2. You may call one week before the start of the league for your first game time. Enough copies of the complete schedule will be available at the first game for all players and coaches. We ask that each player takes a schedule and uses it or looks up game times on our website. 2. Every person on the Team MUST fill out their information on the team roster and sign the team roster waiver to be a legal player. 3. All materials must be handed in before the first game. 4. $250.00 must be paid before the 2nd game will start. 5. The total balance must be paid before the 3rd game starts. 6. There may be roster changes up to the 5th week of the league(4th wk for 6 wk lgs), but all players MUST be on the Team Roster Sheet located at the front desk. The player is not rostered until all their info. is filled out on the roster and they have played a game. 7. Pay the ref before each game. 8. Play and have fun. 9. If a player gets a red card it is up to the coach or player to get in touch with us before the next game. Failure to do so will result in additional suspended games. 10. To be eligible to play in the playoffs a player must have played 2 games in the current league (one before the roster cut of date) and have filled out the main roster before the cut off week of the league.

The Procedure for Youth Teams
1. The first thing you have to do is fill out the registration form and get it to us with a $120.00 nonrefundable deposit. 2. Teams must have a R.S.G. roster filled out and a printed roster from the RosterPro software on the NYSYSA web site. 3. Next you need to collect Proof of age (POA) for each player. POA can be an old players’ pass, birth certificate WITH a small photo, or passport. We will photo copy these materials and give them back to you. 4. A Waiver of liability for a minor must be filled out by each player’s parent and handed in. The form is available at R.S.G. or on our web site under forms. 5. You may call one week before the start of the league for your first game time. Enough copies of the complete schedule will be handed out at the first game for all players and coaches. 6. All materials must be handed in before the first game. 7. 1/2 of the balance (league fee minus deposit) is due by the 2nd game will start. 8. Balance in full is due before the 3rd game will start. 8. There may be roster changes up to the 5th week of the league, but all of the above materials must be handed in before that player may be added and play. 9. Pay the ref before each game. 10.
