The newest addition to the Rochester Sports Garden, Flag Football Leagues are the perfect place for both experienced and new players. Test your handle and endurance in our 4v4 leagues. With an affordable rate and leagues running twice a week, there's an option for everyone to get involved. Lace up your shoes, pick your team, and get on the court at the Rochester Sports Garden!
League Levels
B - Mid to high-level, previous experience recommended.
C - Recreational level, great for first-time players or those looking to shake the rust off.

Key League Details

8 week league - $550
-
$40 discount to returning teams that play in the Fall and Spring seasons (discount applied to Spring season).

Referee fees are separate - $20.00 per game.

Forfeits carry a $60.00 fine for the team that forfeits.

All leagues are 5v5 with up to 12 people on a team roster.

All players must be 18 years or older in the adult leagues.

Games are two 20-minute halves. The clock stops during the last two minutes of the 2nd half.

In leagues with 10 or more teams, the top 6 make the playoffs. In leagues with fewer than 10 teams, the top 4 make the playoffs.

Laws of the Game are available HERE or at the front desk. Ignorance of a rule will be no excuse for its enforcement.
The Procedure

Register and pay the $100.00 nonrefundable deposit online. If you are paying by check or cash, please come into RSG for this. REGISTER HERE

Rosters are created online within the manager’s account. A player is not considered rostered until they have registered with an RSG account, paid the $5 annual registration fee, signed the waiver, and joined your team. Games with illegal players will be forfeited, all forfeits carry a $40 fine for the forfeiting team.

If any of your players are new to the Sports Garden, they will need to stop at the front desk before their first game and have their photos taken.

First week game times will be posted on our website & in your RSG ACCOUNT five days before the start of the league. Full schedule will be posted prior to the start of week 2. We ask that each player looks up game times on our website. SCHEDULE HERE

$250.00 total must be paid before the 2nd game starts, and the total balance before the 3rd game.

There may be roster changes as long as your team has 3 games remaining on the schedule, but all players MUST be on the Team Roster, including subs, before they can play.​

To be eligible to play in the playoff’s a player must have played 3 games in the current league and be on the team roster.
​

All players on a team must have the same color uniforms. No team shall be white – all teams are required to have white alternates. We do not have pinnies for teams without alternates.

All players must bring their own flags. We do not have flags to borrow. We do have flags for sale at the front desk for $8.

Referees must be paid before the start of each game ($20 by each team).

Leagues that have game byes and snow postponements may have games on off nights.
​​
RSG reserves the right to screen all entries, close levels due to demand, and cancel a level if necessary. RSG may relegate or promote teams to higher or lower levels as needed. All days and times are subject to change due to team demand and field availability.
